1. General provisions

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between TrustyCash (“the Service”) and any individual using the cryptocurrency exchange service (“the User”).

By using the Service, submitting an exchange request, or communicating with an operator, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

2. Service description

TrustyCash provides cryptocurrency exchange services, including exchanges of USDT TRC20 into cash EUR and other available cash or bank transfer directions. The Service acts as an exchange intermediary and is not a bank, financial institution, payment system or investment service provider.

3. Exchange procedure

The User submits an exchange request by providing the amount, city, receiving direction, Telegram username and email address.
An operator contacts the User, usually within 30 minutes after the request is received.
The operator confirms the exchange details and provides the payment instructions.
After the incoming funds are confirmed, the Service provides cash or completes the transfer according to the agreed exchange direction.

4. Rates and fees

Current exchange rates and fees are displayed on the main page of the website. Rates may change depending on market conditions, liquidity, selected direction, amount and operational factors. TrustyCash reserves the right to update rates without prior notice.

5. User responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and transaction information.
Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
Not use the Service for money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing or any other illegal activity.
Comply with tax and reporting obligations applicable in the User’s country of residence.

6. Limitation of liability

TrustyCash is not liable for delays caused by blockchain network issues, technical failures, force majeure events, bank processing delays, third-party actions or incorrect information provided by the User. The maximum liability of the Service is limited to the amount of the specific transaction.

7. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the TrustyCash Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these Terms

TrustyCash may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes have been published means that the User accepts the updated Terms.
