TrustyCash follows a zero-tolerance approach to money laundering (AML) and terrorist financing (CFT). Exchange requests may be reviewed for compliance with applicable laws, security standards and internal risk controls.
The Service may refuse to process a request if there are signs of:
Incoming cryptocurrency addresses and transactions may be checked using specialized blockchain analytics tools. TrustyCash reserves the right to request additional information or documents confirming the source of funds.
TrustyCash may suspend, refuse or cancel a transaction if suspicious activity is detected. Where applicable, funds may be returned to the sender after deduction of network or transaction fees.
Where required by applicable law, TrustyCash may report suspicious transactions or activity to competent authorities.
